Bio

Scott K. Lites has nearly 40 years of experience representing clients in their acquisition, financing, investment, development and disposition activities. A member of the firm's Business Transactions & Planning Practice Group, he has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law, and he represents a growing number of clients involved in the cannabis industry. 

Mr. Lites serves as a chair of Plunkett Cooney's Board of Directors, as chairman of the firm's Finance Committee, and is a member of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Alumni Association Board of Directors.
