When officials from Bloomfield Township, Michigan had concerns about the performance of the township's defined benefit pension plan, they turned to attorney Scott Lites of Plunkett Cooney's Business Law Department to help negotiate an amended agreement and settlement with Prudential Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company.
