Diversity Leadership

Since 2002, Plunkett Cooney's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee has met monthly to address issues pertinent to the recruiting, hiring and retaining employees. Meetings follow a formal agenda and regular reports are issued to the firm’s management team and Board of Directors.

Ellen Bartman Jannette serves as Plunkett Cooney's Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with Lisa A. Hall and Stephanie M. Brochert serving as co-chairs of the firm's DEI Committee.

Members of the committee focus on moving the firm further along its DEI path by working to achieve the overarching firm goals of better reflecting the communities in which we work and live and by creating an environment of mutual respect and equal opportunity for all members of the firm.
