Matthew Dyar is a paralegal in Plunkett Cooney's Business Department. Mr. Dyar's responsibilities include preparing real estate documents, researching and resolving clearance of title issues, preparing corporate and business formation documents and preparing attorneys for trial.
Mr. Dyar has approximately 30 years of experience with business matters that involve complex commercial litigation, business transactions, creditors’ rights, secured asset recoveries, banking litigation and equipment leasing. He also has litigation experience with landlord/tenant issues, probate disputes, medical liability, franchise law, insurance defense claims and subrogation.
Mr. Dyar received both his postbaccalaureate paralegal certificate and undergraduate degree from Oakland University.
