L. Jeffrey Zauberman is a senior attorney in the firm’s Business Transactions & Planning Practice Group.
An experienced transactional attorney, Mr. Zauberman represents borrowers and lenders in matters involving revolving lines of credit, term debt, real estate secured loans, including CMBS loans and assumptions, and senior, mezzanine and acquisition financing. He also advises clients in connection with multifamily projects, hotels, shopping centers and self-storage facilities in Michigan and other states.
Mr. Zauberman has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law, including development, acquisitions, sales, leasing, sale-leaseback transactions, letter of credit transactions and workouts. He also supports firm practice groups with real estate-related matters, including acquisition financing, construction and bridge lending and refinancing.
