Bio
A partner in Plunkett Cooney’s Columbus office, Daniel J. Hurley concentrates his practice in insurance and general negligence law with an emphasis on the defense of litigation involving motor vehicle, trucking, premises and product liability claims, employment law, and insurance coverage issues involving personal, commercial, professional and errors and omissions policies.
Mr. Hurley has tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, and he has argued an insurance coverage case before the Ohio Supreme Court. He has an extensive appellate practice including successfully arguing cases in nine of Ohio’s 12 appellate district courts with resulting published opinions.
