Bio
Chelsea A. Saferian is an attorney in Plunkett Cooney’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. Her experience extends to claims involving property coverage, Michigan No-Fault law, premises liability, toxic torts and construction defect.
In addition to her coverage practice, Ms. Saferian has experience handling first- and third-party motor vehicle negligence claims, subrogation, general liability, premises liability, pet liability and general insurance defense litigation.
Ms. Saferian received her law degree from Wayne State University Law School in 2019. While there, she served as vice president of external communications for the Entrepreneurship and Business Law Society and Article Editor of the Journal of Law and Society.
