PDFPlunkett Cooney names Cronk as its newest shareholder
Peter D. Cronk, Jr., an attorney in the firm’s East Lansing office, was recently named a shareholder of Plunkett Cooney, one of the Midwest’s oldest and largest law firms.
“Pete’s promotion to shareholder status is a clear indication of the firm’s continued bright future,” said Anthony J. Rusciano, Chairman of Plunkett Cooney’s Board of Directors. “Pete is a top notch attorney who understands how to deliver value to his clients.”
A member of Plunkett Cooney’s Banking, Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group, Cronk primarily represents financial institutions. He concentrates his practice on real estate and commercial loan workouts for several Fortune 500 lenders, while also representing many other clients in the areas of real property acquisition, commercial litigation in state and federal courts, and corporate law matters.
Cronk joined Plunkett Cooney in 2003 and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Eaton County Bar Association, the Ingham County Bar Association and the Banking, Civil Litigation and Corporate & Business sections of the American Bar Association.
A 1999 magna cum laude graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Cronk received numerous academic honors while attending law school. He also served as an Assistant Editor for Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. Cronk received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in 1995.
