Attorney Margaret A. Czuchaj recently joined Plunkett Cooney, one of the Midwest’s oldest and largest law firms, as a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

A member of the firm's Bloomfield Hills office, Czuchaj focuses her litigation practice in the areas of premises liability, retail liability, motor vehicle no-fault disputes and in claims involving motor vehicle negligence. She is admitted to practice in Michigan’s state and federal courts, Czuchaj is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.

Prior to joining the firm, Czuchaj worked as a clerk for the Hon. David F. Viviano of the Macomb County Circuit Court.

Czuchaj received her law degree from University of Notre Dame Law School in 2010 where she served as the Articles Editor for the school’s Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. She received her undergraduate degree from Hillsdale College in 2007.
