The National Labor Relations Board is traditionally known as being employee friendly. However, under the Trump Administration, employers are having their collective voices heard.

This free webinar provided some updates to recent decisions involving limitation of individual concerted activity, adoption of the “contract coverage” standard, revision of the employee status test, mandatory arbitration clauses, Section 7 as applied to social media policies, protection of profane outbursts, and limited access to employer property.
