This popular segment of our annual seminar is back to discuss and review new legislation and case law. The new legislation that expands the scope of practice for NPs and physician assistants was discussed, as well as our appellate law expert covered the highlights of pertinent legislation on damages and case law, so you left up to speed with all the key issues.
