New DOL Regulations for White Collar Exemptions

Program Description:
Following a recent Department of Labor (DOL) announcement, employers have less than three months to get their Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) houses in order when it comes to classifying employees. Effective Jan. 1, 2020, there will be salary threshold increases and rules applicable to the salary basis test for administrative, executive, professional and computer employees.
