About the Mock Trial
A repeat presentation of Plunkett Cooney's Medical Liability Practice Group's 2014 CME Physician Mock Trial, this unique program took attendees inside the courtroom to watch as the merits of an alleged medical malpractice case were examined.
Did the defendant doctor’s deposition testimony place him in an advantageous position to be cross-examined at trial? Is plaintiff’s theory of liability regarding treatment for an evolving stroke medically sound? Will the jury find in favor of the defendant doctor?
These and other questions were answered by the jury and the attorneys of Plunkett Cooney’s Medical Liability Practice Group. This complimentary mock trial program provided insight into the litigation experience and how to best defend yourself if involved in a lawsuit.
