I-9 Form Revised… Again!

The I-9 form that employers were required to use as of Jan. 22, 2017 in order to verify eligibility to lawfully work in this country cannot be used after Sept. 18, 2017.

The new I-9 form that you will be required to use (and can start using now) has the date “07/17/17 N” in the lower left hand corner.  The new form changed up a few things, so pay attention. Here is a link to the form and instructions: https://www.uscis.gov/i-9.

This link is to the newly revised “Handbook for Employers: Guidance for Completing Form I-9.” Just in case you have any questions, click here.

Enjoy…
