Bio

Ursula L. O'Neil is a member of the firm's Bloomfield Hills office who focuses her paralegal practice in the areas of vehicle negligence and first- and third-party auto liability litigation with particular focus on bodily injury and property damage related to rideshare claims. Her insurance-related work includes premises liability and pest intrusion matters.

Ms. O'Neil works with Plunkett Cooney attorneys to prepare litigation files, and she maintains and manages documents for attorney review and analysis in preparation for trial.

In addition, Ms. O'Neil assists with discovery, medical records analysis, witness intake and lists, subpoenas, record retrieval and preparation, as well as motions and orders. 

Ms. O'Neil received her paralegal certificate from Henry Ford College and her undergraduate degree from Wayne State University.
